The SUPERTEC cylindrical grinder has been developed for between-center and chucking applications. Available in

manual infeed(H models) or automatic infeed(CII models), these series of grinders offer 12.6" or 15" swing and

a choice of 24", 40", 60", or 80" center distance for various grinding applications. The application is further extended when the optional swing-down internal grinding attachment is supplied for internal grinding capability.

All machines feature Meehanite box-type base, hydrostatic table ways, swivelling workhead and table, variable speeds workhead, separate hydraulic system, 7? HP spindle motor w/cartridge type spindle, & automatic lubrication for

unsurpassed precision and productivity. Models with automatic infeed capab山ty uses Mitsubishi PLC control includes a menu-driven LCD touch screen that is easy to learn and easy to set. Operators need only to fill in the blanks to set

total grinding amount, rough increment, fine increment, spa「k-out passes, feeding direction, parking position, wheelhead retract distance and press cycle start to complete an automatic grinding cycle. Optional overhead parallel dresser

     GM-35/45/80CNC

    三軸數(shù)控復(fù)合磨床是三軸獨(dú)立控制 CNC 磨床。I/I 以及 I/O types 使用 CNC 控制器來(lái)控制主輪臺(tái) (X軸)、內(nèi)研磨或是外徑研磨砂輪頭 (Y軸) 以及內(nèi)研磨砂輪頭 (Z軸)； I/I/O Types 則是使用 CNC 控制器來(lái)控制主輪臺(tái) (X軸)、內(nèi)研磨以及外徑研磨砂輪頭 (Y軸)、旋轉(zhuǎn)軸 (A軸) 以及內(nèi)研磨砂輪頭 (Z軸)。

　　GRINDMASTER 系列磨床能夠在單次夾持設(shè)定條件下，完成外徑研磨、外徑錐度研磨、端面/肩部研磨以及內(nèi)徑研磨精度等生產(chǎn)要求。對(duì)于具有復(fù)雜研磨加工制程之工件而言，GRINDMASTER 系列磨床是的解決方案。

　　 I/I TYPE 之 Y軸內(nèi)/外徑砂輪頭配置全自動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)軸 (A軸)，采用分割角度1°之分度盤(pán)，可旋轉(zhuǎn)角度范圍從逆時(shí)針30°到順時(shí)針210°，以伺服馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)與控制，X軸密回路系統(tǒng)（光學(xué)尺回饋）確保研磨作業(yè)之定位精度與研磨精度。三軸獨(dú)立控制與全自動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)軸等設(shè)計(jì)讓 GRINDMASTER 系列磨床具備高度之制程彈性與生產(chǎn)彈性。
